From Houston to San Antonio-Day 2

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!!!!

We celebrated Daddy's Birthday big time...Texas big! Below are pictures from our last day in Houston and the beginning of San Antonio. We are extremely excited that we were with our favorite person on his birthday...We love you Daddy!

Just look at those two front teeth.

Caroline was not big enough to go down these slides...

Caroline weighs 40 pounds on Jupiter and 18 pounds on Earth.

My two favorite people...with a random man in the background.
After visiting the Houston Space Center we geared up for the baseball game at the Minute Maid Stadium. If every baseball stadium was as luxurious as this stadium I would be going to watch baseball all the time! The stadium consisted of shops, restaurants, and best of all...was air conditioned! You heard me correctly...air conditioned. The roof to the stadium can be opened and closed, and this particular night it was closed and cooled. The Houston Astros were playing the Chicago Cubs. I will give you one guess on who we supported??

Family pic...Caroline was a little confused on when to smile
This picture is taken from our seats...Thanks Daddy for the amazing seats!

By the end of night Caroline was worn out! It was extremely loud in the stadium...but she was tuckered.
...another family picture, but Caroline was asleep
We started seeing signs for this Buc-ee's place...about 80 signs on I-10, so when we came to the exit we decided to take a visit. This place has a bunch of tourism things, such as shot glasses, post cards, shirts, fudge, etc. All the hype...so we had to share our laugh with you. When you see 80 billboard signs on the interstate you think it is going to be something huge, but then you pull up to a gas station with a tourism shop...hum?

We made it San Antonio this afternoon and decided to visit the famous Alamo.

After taking a look around San Antonio, we checked into the hotel and went swimming!

Sorry for the short description of our day, but it was filled with activities and we are ready for bed. We will have more pics tomorrow from our adventures on the Riverwalk.
